Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

The "N" Factor will replace all items damaged due to delivery or poor packaging. Please return all damaged items and original packaging within 10 days of receipt of goods. However, we do not offer refunds on prints due to perceived quality issues. The "N" Factor customers confirm their acceptance for print quality upon completion of their order.

The "N" Factor prints are of much higher quality than the thumbnails displayed on our website and we check for quality of the print against the digital thumbnail prior to dispatch. Note:Images ordered may have a slightly different look depending on size ordered.
